Tengah Bus Interchange will be a future bus interchange in Tengah, Singapore. It will be opening in 2026.
Possible passing routes[]
- 61, which is originally destined from Jurong North since November 2008, may be able to go through the Crematorium Road, Jurong Road Track 22, Jurong Road, Bukit Batok Road and Bukit Batok West Avenue 3, before emerging into the original section (before going to Eunos or Fragrant Gardens).
- 166, which is originally destined from Tengah since May 2012 ever since Bertram Lee, Poon Chen Yi, Michelle Goh and Vivian Neo wanted to move to Tengah area in the future, may be able to go through via Bukit Batok Road, Boon Lay Way, Commonwealth Avenue West (The TRILINQ) (before going to Ang Mo Kio).
- 171, may be starting from Tengah area, and it may be able to go via Bukit Batok Road, Choa Chu Kang Road and goes all the way to Bukit Panjang (before going to Yishun).
- 174, may eventually go via Tengah Way, Tengah Drive and Bukit Batok Road ever since Jurong Road is expunged, except that 174e will actually go to PIE and Tengah. This will complement Tengah Park MRT station to provide the shortest route by public transport for residents staying along Tengah Drive. Additionally, this route is the shortest between Jurong West Avenue 2 and Tengah Drive.
- 181, which is currently a feeder bus service that plies Jurong West Neighbourhood 2 (Wenya/Bulim) and Boon Lay, will be extended to Tengah via Tengah Way, Tengah Garden Avenue, Plantation Crescent and Tengah Garden Walk. This will connect residents along Tengah Garden Avenue and Tengah Garden Walk into Tengah Plantation MRT Station.
- 300, will eventually be merged with 945, and become 984. It will go via Bukit Batok West Avenue 5, Brickland Road, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 6 and Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1.
- 301, will eventually be merged with 947, and become 994. It will go via Choa Chu Kang Avenue 6, Brickland Road, Bukit Batok Road and Bukit Batok West Avenue 7.
- 870 was introduced from Jurong East to Tengah.
- 992, (Formerly known as 944) was extended via Bukit Batok Road, Tengah Link, Plantation Crescent, Tengah Boulevard, Tengah Garden Avenue, Plantation Crescent, Tengah Link and Bukit Batok Road.
The total routes that will go to Tengah Bus Interchange, will be eventually, bus services 61, 166 and 171; which will free up space at Clementi (1 bus service), Bukit Batok (1 bus service) and Bukit Panjang (1 bus service).
