Joo Koon Hub will be a new shopping centre at Joo Koon MRT Station. It will also be integrated with Joo Koon Bus Interchange, residences, offices and a major school called Joo Koon Primary School. It was opened on 1 December 2014.

This hub showcases the example of what it was for the preparation of COVID-19 pandemic, with all-in-one building (shops, warehouse club, food court, bus interchange, MRT station, residences, offices and distribution centre).
